The Green Alliance for Veterans Education has established an outstanding network using their broad experience in the field. They have established extensive resource lists and partnerships throughout Washington State and will continue to expand these in order to help connect veterans with the assistance they need to succeed.
The list of GAVE partners includes, but is not limited to, the federal and state veterans administrations, Employment Security Department, local counseling and case management services, peer support groups for both veterans and their dependents, and numerous Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs) located in Washington State.
The Northwest Veterans Resource Center (NWVRC)
The NWVRC is a subsidiary of G.A.V.E. and is staffed by dedicated volunteers, including DAV, FRA, and VFW service officers. These individuals are available to assist you with all of your VA claims and veteran questions. Robin Hill Veterans Farm
This is a joint project between the Green alliance for Veterans Education, Clallam County Parks, and WSU Extension. It is located on 3 acre parcel located at the Robin Hill Park in Clallam County, Washington. This joint initiative is currently in it’s third year and provides individual and community plots wherein veterans, dependents, and community members can join in learning about agriculture and local business opportunities. Every year our number of gardeners continues to grow, as does our costs. So please feel free to donate if you can. Every dime will continue to help our garden on its path to success.
